Neharpar is very nice locality. After 10 years of investment, nothing is in good shape. Better invest in Gurgaon. If you move there, no facilities are there. No market or Mall, no hospital or nursing home. Very basic amenities are missing there. All builders are making promises and after that they just cannot keep it. Very pathetic conditions are there.
